Term2Earn is a Peer to Peer Savings start-up, based out of Toronto, Canada. It intents to work with clients in emerging economies giving their hardworking people an option to earn more on their savings which is not available in their own country.

 

The business model is to put the client's savings in foreign currency fixed deposits which provides attractive deposits interest rates.

The funds will be managed through local bank accounts, hence the client does not have to worry about expensive wire transfers to invest their savings.

​

Deposits will be for a maximum of one year, after which the original savings will be returned along with the interest accumulated during this one year.

This is currently been run as 'invite only' offering and is only available in Philippines, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
